When can your subscribers expect to get an improved UI to manage Agents? Agent creation/editing customization options are extremely limited. Especially in the Agent chat settings, there should be an option to manage closed-captioned subtitles. While close-captions are useful, watching is scroll across the avatar's face is not only distracting but detracts from the immersive experience and the visual appeal of the lifelike avatar.

Is there a way to stream the video without providing the knowledge base to the agent?, like passing the text only?

when i upload an image of person with smile i would like it to stay smiling the way it is in image. but in video she immediately closes the mouth in serious face. is there a way to have video without talking with smile?
