I am currently trying to upload image to be used in with the streaming API. however I keep getting a long request error , the image size is 5.6 mb is there a reason for such ?

It's a bit strange because there is an avatar from the image link which is successful but after I add several new image links I always get error 451, even though I've tried using the browser and it works, I've tried lots of image URLs but I always get 451, I've also tried changing the connection and using VPN. Thank You!
