I've created a number of videos. I've been getting charged a monthly fee. I can't find my videos. and my credit says I have zero credit. What's going on?

Hi, can i know what config should i use for generate animation video that same as the sample video of emma_idle in the stream api ? Also, any method to set generate longer duration of the video? As i found the emma_idle video length is 20sec while the animation generated was around 5 to 8 seconds.

In the paid versions of agents, can you exclude the written text that covers the mouth of the avatar?

I'm trying to pass in a transparent background on the Clips Stream endpoint, but I'm getting a status 500 internal server error

Why does the avatar, set with an Italian voice, suddenly change pronunciation and misread the text at a certain point? Additionally, a notification of an unknown error appears.

Made an API call to clip endpoint to generate an idle video for the actor demo uploaded to github. Added fluent: True into the config as suggested by the demo. Result video is not a seamless loop. Is this feature working as intended?

I have a elevenlaps personal account and this account is paid. Elevenlaps api_key was added as the x-api-key-external value in the header. However, a message like "{"message":"Unauthorized"}" appeared along with a 400 error.

Si ejecuto on line la secuencia de APIs 'Upload Image', 'Upload audio file' y 'Create a talk' (utilizando imagen y audio subidos con las APIs anteriores) todo funciona correctamente, pero cuando hago lo mismo desde un programa, las dos primeras APIs funcionan bien, pero la tercera (Create a talk) me devuelve 'Unauthorized'. ¿Pueden explicarme el motivo?
