Noticed that the agent session randomly disconnects. Any reason as to why?

Created an agent and shared it with the team for testing. Noticing in chrome, it randomly disconnects the session and streaming.

AI Agent NOT visible on Mobile. Does the AI convesational chat agent work on mobile?

Note: I'm not referring to the AI vimeo embedded into my website. I'm referring to the AI Agent (the conversational agent) embedded into my site. It's loading on desktop but not mobile.

D-iD Agent not working on Mobile. When will mobile version be avalailable?

Hello, when I installed the D-iD agent embed code into my mobile responsive website, the agent is visible and functions properly. However, it's not visible and does not function properly at all on Mobile. Previous posts here indicate that the D-iD agent is not yet compatible on mobile. When will D-iD be compatible on mobile? Agent's custom response for an answer not found in source

Team, how can I customise the response an agent can provide if they can't find the relevant answer to a question asked from knowledge base? I want the agent to probably say something funny or so if they can't find the answer. Is this configurable?
