QuickTime MOV files with transparent backgrounds
I know it is possible to create WEBM clips with transparent backgrounds using the create clip endpoint here: https://docs.d-id.com/reference/createclip. But it does not seem possible to do this with QuickTime mov files.
Select "Natural" and the face will be deformed.
Why does the face appear deformed when Movements is selected and "Natural" is selected? The chin is very pointed.

Got SourceError error for a valid image, as you can see the source_url loads the image perfectly and image is in proper format as well. Need support asap
