How to get streamID and sessionID while calling "send a message to chat" while working with agents?

I created an agent and configured it with a multilingual voice, its description was written in spanish, the txt provided as information is also in spanish, it speaks in spanish, if i type in spanish it responds to me in spanish but it doesn't recognize speech in spanish, the speech to text always tries to convert my words to english leading to non sensical sentences, how can I fix this?

I already have my voice cloned at elevenlabs

What other forms of analytics can I integrate?
