I was able to get the Agent to interact with me according to the information and training I gave it previously, however the next time I try to interact it will go into a dictionary type mode where instead of helping me it just reads off definitions. For instance, I ask it to give me a guided meditation session according to the data I uploaded. It will say things like " A guided meditation session is... The person guiding says the following... Instead of talking to me as someone giving a guided session.

Even though I have done what they told me, when I verified my account I was unable to exit trial mode. I have sent them the receipts for my payments and yet it is not resolved. I think that if it is not resolved in these days I will have to cancel the subscription with the disappointment of having paid and not receiving what is due.

Are there training videos available? I keep getting an internet speed error when I try to generate a video.

I purchased the Build package of API Pricing for $18. I saw that the Build package description in API Pricing includes support for subtitles (SRT file). However, when I use the API to create a talk clip and set the subtitle value to true, I receive a message saying my account does not have permission to use subtitles.
