You keep charging me double every month
I aleady wrote to you last month informing you of this situation and you responded telling me that someone was going to contact me soon, which never happened. I wrote to you again to ask what was happening and I had no response. Now that the month of November has begun, I have been charged double again. Since I don't get a response, it shows that you don't care and as long as you make money, customer satisfaction is not your priority, so I'm going to have to cancel my subscription.
