I currently have a brand new, unmonetized YouTube channel. Can I use your Lite subscription until I am able to monetize my channel and at that point, switch over to the Pro plan?

I need my avatar to capture structured user data to generate support tickets.

But here's the query: I need to extract certain data from the user such as name, ID number (RUT in Chile), phone number, email, and query. And capture this data in a structured way for my end client, which could be a municipality, for example, and the avatar would be active on different platforms like a physical kiosk, website, and link. How can I achieve this?
I was thinking of using a Botpress chatbot as the "talking brain" that captures the data in addition to being able to converse with its knowledge base. And have D-ID be the external avatar that receives the text information from Botpress and the avatar expresses it in a "spoken" way to the user. That was my idea, but I need your help. My profession is very distant from programming; I am an Architect, so you can imagine the gap in knowledge I need to bridge to understand this world. However, I am enthusiastic and I am starting an Artificial Intelligence services company, and I believe I can build a broad client portfolio. From what I have reviewed, your platform is very solid. I intend to create avatars of personalities, athletes, and public figures and use them to market products, and in other cases, use the Mayor's face, for example, to receive citizen inquiries. There are cases where I need to capture client data and generate a service ticket. I think this is the most difficult case, and this is where your help and patience would be essential.

Premium Avatar - not able to use backgound
I try to create my premium avatar. I took may video with green backgound as adviced. But unfortunately it is not possible to change background. Also I am surpriced that I was charged 80 credits, but the price of premium Avatar is only 40 credits.

Credit not getting updated in trial plan
I've created an account with trial plan for doing some POC but unfortunately the credits was still 0. Looks like global issue can you please have a look into it.
