Avatar not replying on iOS devices.
The avatar is working perfectly on windows and android but not generating replies on iphone or mac. Its very frustrating please let me know what wrong with it? Our code is perfectly fine

Hello, I'm starting to develop a platform for a client that will use the API to generate avatars from your videos. I would like to do a quality test with a video I have to send to the client, but currently I only found the field where I upload a personal video of mine and the verification needs to be from the same person as the video, how can I solve this problem?
