Subtitles API Pricing

I purchased the Build package of API Pricing for $18. I saw that the Build package description in API Pricing includes support for subtitles (SRT file). However, when I use the API to create a talk clip and set the subtitle value to true, I receive a message saying my account does not have permission to use subtitles. Could you please explain why this is?

I am using the D-ID generate talk api in a website. I have created an account and the api is working perfectly but the only problem is that it generates only one response which is very poor for developers. So, is there any corner for developers where they can frequently test their code and modify it as per demand?
