D-iD just keeps giving me this error of that the audio file must be up to 5 minutes long

I think I subscribed "pro" plan from studio options.
But can I still use those credits for api requests?

1. My previous videos have disappeared. Why?
2. After I create a presenter I used to be able to choose movements -- I can't do that anymore. Why?
3. I used to be able to select "fit". Now I can't. Why?
4. I have wo choices -- vertical or square. I want vertical, but when I choose it, my presenter's head is cut off so I can't make the video. How can I fix this?
5. How do I get back to the video-making system that was available to me yesterday. The new, simplified system simply doesn't work at all.
