How do I get the api key thats starts with SK_ ?

Hello, I am trying to use your API with Basic Authentication. I am combining my email and my API key (email:key), Base64 encoding it, and sending it in the Authorization header. However, I consistently get a 401 Unauthorized error. Can you please check if there is an issue with my account or my API key?"
