Integrating my existing n8n RAG agent
I already have an AI RAG Agent with n8n. The interface is a webhook which enables chat with the RAG bot.
I would like to use the D-ID Avatar to use this n8n workflow as the backbone for the avatar, so basically the avatar needs to call the webhook and speak the text it receives.

I’ve seen in your documentation that for custom LLM provider configurations, I should reach out. Could you please activate this feature for my account or guide me through the setup?

Not working monthly Lite plan
Yesterday I have paid the invoice through your service and received a receipt at my email address. The selected plan is Lite – 1 month.
Upgrade to monthly Pro, money taken from my bank account , and no credits in my account and/or upgrade yet.
Payment went through this morning after upgrading from trial to Pro account (monthly) , and after an entire day waiting for it, still no credits, no upgrade , nothing. And guess what..., no way to cancel or request refund either, weird isn't it?
...and Yes I contacted 4 times to a non-existent (not even AI assisted) customer support service, via mail and via form, .....and guess what again, no reply, zero information.
