Hey i am using it for my project , i am getting a very bad quality video from streams , as compared to talks , i am using your platform after watching your video quality of talks ,but the streams quality is very bad , I am using combined version of both , can u tell me a way to either increase the streams quality or decrease the quality of video we get from talk

I use this platform for my university business assignments - the first time I used this service I was very impressed with the outcome. I have today uploaded my image and find that my avatar has developed a menacing snarl. At first I thought this a political incorrect gimmick at my expense because I am black. It looks not out of place in a Hip Hop music video but serve me no good purpose at university. I didn't know how to get rid of this so I am forced to use it and now I'm giving serious thought to never using your service ever again.

My project on canva won't let me use my school email for the credits, it keeps reverting to my personal. I️ have to work on the video within canva and need those credits to finish the project.
