Would it be possible to provide a mock or sandbox API endpoint for development purposes? We're currently integrating with the D-ID platform and would like to test functionality without consuming credits or incurring costs during early development and debugging phases.

Bom dia. Quantas imagens são necessárias enviar para a geração do avatar? Qual o formato da imagem a ser enviada (jpg; png; ....)? Em relação ao áudio, qual o formato de arquivo de áudio deve ser enviado (mp3; opus); mov; ...? Quantos minutos de áudio no mínimo devem ser enviados?

We tried to create an avatar by uploading a video. Once uploaded, we record the consent. The consent gets stuck on 99% uploading. Why?

Im trying to build the below usecase
In a Zoom live session, can we have an AI agent (like D-ID) to welcome folks? And if the human agent is away, maybe it could send a ping or call to bring them back.
That way, there’s no silence and the session keeps flowing.
Not sure if it’s technically possible — but maybe something we can explore using Zoom webhooks + D-ID?
